1 Try one pair first

If you ordered multiple pairs, open and wear one pair. Keep any remaining pairs sealed and unworn until you're happy.

2 Email us within 30 days

Send us your order number and let us know you'd like a refund. That's it — no long explanations needed.

3 Get your full refund

We'll process a full refund for your first worn pair. Any additional unopened pairs can also come back for a full refund.

Our promise

We stand behind every pair of Ballbra Boxer Briefs. If you don't love them within 30 days of receiving your order, we will give you a full refund — no questions asked.

We designed Ballbra to provide genuine lift, separation and all-day comfort, and we're confident you'll feel the difference. But if for any reason they're not for you, we don't think you should be out of pocket. Just get in touch and we'll take care of it.

First pair — full refund, no questions asked

If you've opened and worn your first pair and they're not right — whether the size is off, the fit doesn't suit you, or they're just not what you expected — email us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll issue a full refund. You don't need to explain yourself.

Additional pairs — full refund if unopened

Any additional pairs from the same order can also be returned to us for a full refund, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging. Just include them with your return.

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on additional pairs that have been opened or worn. If you ordered multiple pairs, we recommend trying just one pair first before opening the rest.

What's not covered

  • Additional pairs that have been opened or worn
  • Items not purchased directly from ballbra.co
  • Claims made more than 30 days after receiving your order
  • Damage from misuse or improper care (e.g. not following washing instructions)

Nothing in this guarantee limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For a minor fault, we may repair or replace the item. This guarantee is offered in addition to those statutory rights, not instead of them.
