Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how we'll sort it out.
30 Day Comfort Guarantee
Not happy with your first pair? We offer a full refund within 30 days — no questions asked. Additional unopened pairs from the same order can also be returned for a full refund. See our 30 Day Comfort Guarantee for full details.
This guarantee covers comfort, fit, support — or simply not being for you. It applies to your first opened and worn pair, plus any additional pairs that are returned unopened and in their original packaging, within 30 days of receiving your order.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
Please include a brief description of the fault and, if possible, a photo so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Items we cannot accept back
- Additional pairs that have been opened or worn (for hygiene reasons)
- Items not purchased directly from ballbra.co
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, unless faulty
- Items damaged through misuse or improper washing
How to start a return
Send your order number and reason for return to support@ballbra.co. For faulty items, include a photo if you can.
We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with our return address and any packaging instructions.
Pack the item securely and send it back to us. We recommend using tracked postage so you have proof of return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs
For returns under our 30 Day Comfort Guarantee, return shipping is at the customer's cost. We recommend using a tracked service.
For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We'll include a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable postage costs when you contact us.
Refund processing
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 2–5 business days to appear in your account.
Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Australian Consumer Law
Our returns policy is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For a minor fault, we may repair or replace the item. These statutory rights apply regardless of our store policy and cannot be excluded.
