Whether you're ordering one pair or ten, shipping is always free across Australia. No minimum spend required.

Delivery options

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability. Remote and rural addresses may take a little longer.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Tracking your order

All orders are sent with tracking. Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use it to follow your parcel's progress directly with the carrier.

If you haven't received a dispatch confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your junk or spam folder — or contact us at support@ballbra.co and we'll look into it.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all states and territories across Australia, including metro, regional and remote areas. We do not offer international shipping at this stage.

Delivery issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, here's what to do:

  • Check your tracking link for the latest status update
  • Confirm your delivery address was entered correctly at checkout
  • Check with neighbours or building management in case it was left with them
  • Allow an extra 2–3 business days — occasionally parcels are delayed in transit

If your parcel is still missing after following these steps, contact us at support@ballbra.co with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@ballbra.co and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

We're unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be re-dispatched once a corrected address is confirmed.
