Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Program overview

The Ballbra Referral Program lets existing customers (Referrers) share a unique link with friends (Friends). When a Friend makes their first qualifying purchase using that link, the Referrer receives a reward and the Friend receives a discount on their order.

Eligibility

• Referrers must have an active Ballbra account in good standing.
• Friends must be new Ballbra customers who have not previously placed an order.
• Referrers and Friends must be separate individuals — self-referrals are not permitted.
• Participants must be 18 years or older and located in Australia.

How it works

1. Log in and find your unique referral link on the Referral Page.
2. Share your link with friends via any channel you choose.
3. Your Friend clicks the link and places their first Ballbra order.
4. Your reward is credited to your account automatically once the order is confirmed.

Referrer reward

• The reward applies once per unique Friend. Additional purchases by the same Friend do not generate further rewards.
• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred, gifted, or exchanged.
• Rewards do not expire and remain in your account until redeemed.
• Rewards are applied as store credit to your account and can be used at checkout.

Friend discount

• The discount applies to regular-priced items only.
• It may not be combined with other discount codes or promotions unless otherwise stated.
• The discount is single-use and applies to your Friend's first order only.

Reward redemption

Referrer rewards are credited as store credit to your Ballbra account. To redeem, log in and apply your credit at checkout. Rewards cannot be used to purchase gift cards or combined with other store credit beyond normal checkout limits.

Prohibited conduct

The following will result in disqualification from the program and may lead to account suspension:

• Self-referrals or coordinating referrals between associated accounts.
• Using paid advertising (including Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar) to distribute your referral link.
• Posting referral links on coupon, cashback, or deal-aggregation websites.
• Any form of spam, misleading promotion, or misrepresentation of the program or Ballbra.
• Attempting to game, manipulate, or circumvent the program in any way.

Ballbra reserves the right to reverse or withhold rewards if we determine they were obtained through prohibited conduct.

Program changes and termination

Ballbra reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Changes to rewards, eligibility, or these terms take effect when published on this page. Rewards already credited to accounts at the time of termination remain valid for 90 days unless otherwise stated.

General

These terms are in addition to Ballbra's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which also apply to your participation in the program. Ballbra's decisions on all matters relating to the Referral Program are final. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
