Shipping policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia — no minimum spend required.
Shipping timeframes
- Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being received.
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Remote areas: Deliveries to regional or remote areas of Australia may take additional time.
Shipping carrier
We ship via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Tracking your order
All orders are sent with tracking. Use your tracking number at auspost.com.au to check the status of your delivery.
Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delays
Estimated timeframes are indicative only. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll investigate.
International shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
